Brian’s appointment follows a period of significant growth for AAB in delivering equity funding for privately owned companies aligned to their business needs. This follows an increase in enquiries and demand for fundraising advice over the past year as we develop a growing reputation for delivering growth capital for clients across the UK.

Douglas Martin, Head of Corporate Finance at AAB commented “in the last 6 months we have worked with both new and existing clients to help them raise required equity funding to grow and develop their businesses. By introducing Brian to this new role we are confident that our success and reputation in the market will continue to grow. His focus and expertise will be invaluable as we strive to be the go-to firm for growing businesses looking to raise funding.”

Commenting on his appointment, Brian said “we work with clients on a number of fundraising initiatives, whether it be for organic or acquisitive growth, working capital purposes, or an equity investment to unlock the value held by existing shareholders. This comprehensive knowledge, coupled with our long standing relationships with a number of high net worth individuals, venture capital and private equity investors, enables us to work with our clients throughout their entire lifecycle and ultimately assist them in achieving their goals. Helping to support our clients both now and in the future is hugely important to us at AAB and so we look forward to developing our growing reputation in this space further.”
