Kurtis possesses a wealth of experience in managing information security and implementing GDPR documentation and ISO standards, ensuring Onca’s clients are fully compliant with the myriad of regulations and legal requirements facing businesses today.
Cyber attacks are not a new threat, but they are a rising one; increasing in both frequency and complexity. The impact of a successful attack – both financial and reputational – can be catastrophic for any organisation.
Onca’s team of specialists help safeguard businesses against these attacks with a comprehensive, tailored approach to cyber security. The team offers a range of solutions, from guidance on GDPR procedures to a fully managed Security Operations Centre, which continuously monitors, identifies and responds to security incidents. Onca also offers vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) support to help businesses protect their data, providing practical support and strategic advice on a consultancy basis.
Kurtis said: “I’m delighted to have been named Cyber Security of the Year for Aberdeenshire. The business world continues to become more and more digitised, and the goal posts are constantly moving when it comes to cyber security. I’m incredibly proud of the work we do at Onca to help keep businesses safe, and it’s very rewarding to have our skill and expertise recognised.”
