A CALA Homes (North) site manager is celebrating another landmark win from the National Home Building Council (NHBC).
After receiving a Pride in the Job Quality Award earlier this year, Ben Chapman has been awarded a Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Award for his hard work and dedication to being the best in his field. The win marks the first time he has won the accolade.
Ben, who is site manager at Southbank by Cala in Aberdeen, joins seven other site managers from Cala Homes developments throughout the UK who have received the award.
The NHBC Pride in the Job programme first launched more than 40 years ago and is one of the most prestigious and recognised awards within the construction industry. The initiative runs over 18 months and judges travel to various locations throughout the UK and Northern Ireland to visit sites.
Regarding his first time winning this prestigious accolade, Ben said: “This achievement is only possible thanks to the wider team at Southbank and all of our sub-contractors.
