Scottish entrepreneur, Nicola Walters has launched her latest business venture, onits with a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo.

onits are dry-wipe, multi-use magnetic notes that are perfect for brainstorms, workshops, personal planning, idea generation, strategy building, reminders, shopping lists, or even just for leaving notes on a fridge.

As an experienced business trouble-shooter with a deep understanding of how people work effectively, Nicola designed onits as both a sustainable and fun tool designed to improve personal organization and collective working.

“I see onits as the tool I always wished I had!” explains Nicola. “My lightbulb moment occurred in 2015 when I had three months to plan my own wedding. I trawled the internet to find a tool that could help me with the management of guests, seating plans and so on. I started using sticky notes on a wall but they would just fall off. I wouldn’t dare open a window for fear my plan would literally fly out of it. I searched the market for an alternative solution – something that would stick to a wall, was fun, colourful, engaging and re-useable to avoid waste. I never found that solution so I created onits.”

With a career background helping large corporations resolve organizational challenges through effective teamwork and planning, Nicola could see the vast range of potential uses for onits from major project planning and global business workshops to personal goal setting, event planning and family note sharing.

However, Organisational Elephant is more than just a company and onits is just the start. Nicola’s desire is to create an ultimate community of people from across the globe known as The Herd joining together to solve problems, however big or small.

With its uniquely designed curved edges, onits are available in a range of 6 colours and a variety of sizes.

The Indiegogo campaign commenced on 24th September and lasts for 6 weeks supported by a series of promotional events across the country.
