New Non-Executive Director brings extensive global beverage experience to Elgin-based specialist.
Gordon & MacPhail, the Elgin-based, family-owned whisky specialist, has appointed Maurice Doyle as its new Non-Executive Director. This move reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening its senior leadership team as it accelerates brand development and international expansion.
Mr. Doyle brings deep experience from senior executive and board roles across global premium beverage businesses. His previous positions include Chief Executive Officer of Compass Box Whisky, President of Incubation Brands and Global Commercial Development at Bacardi, and Chief Marketing Officer at William Grant & Sons. He also served as COO Africa, Middle East and Caribbean at Suntory Beverage & Food.
Maurice Doyle is also the founder of Generous Spirits Ltd, a company where he provides leadership coaching, mentoring, and strategic advisory services. These services are designed to help CEOs, C-suite leaders, and companies scale their businesses while preserving their values, culture, and brand soul.
