Dominic Zanre (Senior Solutions Manager at 3T Energy Group)

3t ENERGY Group (3t), the global training powerhouse specialising in high-impact learning for the energy and wider safety-critical sector has announced the appointment of Dominic Zanre to a brand-new Group role.

Appointed as Senior Solutions Manager, Dominic joins 3t with a focus on the Group’s innovative blended learning solutions following the recent success of an award-winning major asset onboarding and induction project in collaboration with bp.

An experienced manager with 24 years in the energy industry, Dominic’s appointment marks a significant milestone for the Group, as it bolsters its capabilities to take on further complex and highly technical training and induction programmes for major asset projects.  3t utilises the latest VR, digital twin, and simulation technology through its expertise within the digital arm of the Group, 3t Transform, combined with tailored training programmes from the Group’s market-leading training business, AIS Survivex, to create high-impact blended learning solutions for clients around the world.

Previously working in senior roles within Wood, GE, Baker Hughes and Avail Infrastructure Solutions, Dominic’s move to 3t will reinforce the Group’s existing track record in offering highly-technical workforce induction and asset commissioning projects. The investment in this newly created role follows the recent award win for the creation of the Operations and Maintenance technician induction training programme for bp’s Greater Tortue Ahmeyim (GTA) project in Mauritania and Senegal, where AIS Survivex was recognised with the Digital Innovation Award at this year’s Offshore Achievement Awards ceremony in Aberdeen.

Discussing his new role, Dominic said:  “I’m delighted to join 3t at an incredibly exciting time of growth for the business and for the industry, where there is a real demand for the type of innovative solutions that we offer to our global client base.  The range of expertise in the portfolio of businesses within the Group is very impressive and I am excited to bring my industry experience to build upon this across our sectors.”
