Scottish events management firm grows by 20% and plans new hires

Integrity International, the Edinburgh-based conference and events business, has reported 20 per cent year-on-year revenue growth as Scotland’s reputation for delivering world class events continues to grow.

The firm has made two new hires to respond to rising demand and plans a further two appointments by the end of the year, growing its team by 25 per cent.

Samantha Donaghy’s appointment enhances the depth of the firm’s finance sector expertise as she previously worked for global investment firm Martin Currie. Jill Davidson joins after three years with Edinburgh Rugby, where she managed its commercial partnerships.

Integrity provides event management services to clients across the UK, Europe and the United States, specialising in event and conference management for the technology, finance, biotech/pharma, and associations sectors. It manages small and exclusive events as well as large international conferences.

Lindsey Whitehouse, Managing Director of Integrity said:

“The events industry is an important industry for Scotland as it helps both to create jobs and to build on the nation’s growing international reputation.

“In recent years Integrity has proven itself as an international operator, which has resulted in sustained growth. We are bolstering our events management team to manage new clients and prepare ourselves for future expansion. Scotland’s national events strategy has helped us to grow by encouraging investment here and ensuring our industry has a reputation for excellence.”
