Multi-million euros investment in new facility for inspection provider

Innospection, the Aberdeen-based inspection provider for the global processing industry has opened its new 3.5 million euros, research and development facility in Germany.

The firm has opened the 823m2 office space which includes an additional 1062m2 of workshop space in Stutensee following a 20% growth in turn over between 2016-2017 and securing a number of contracts to develop new inspection tools for major global oil and gas operators.

The facility accommodates the R&D organization which has a team of 30 specialist and includes capabilities for sensor technology design, mechanical design and assembly, electrical engineering and software design.
