Money Dashboard crowned Best Personal Finance App at 2018 British Bank Awards

Edinburgh-based fintech company Money Dashboard has been crowned Best Personal Finance App for the second year in a row at 2018 British Bank Awards.

The start-up which has customers across the UK, took home the prestigious prize for its free personal finance assistant, an app that helps consumers make their money go further by showing them exactly how they spend it.

The category was hotly contested, with new entrants Yolt, Cleo and Plum also vying for the title. This is a surefire sign that Open Banking is delivering a whole host of new innovative services which benefit UK consumers. To further support this, challenger Bank Starling took home the awards for Best Bank and Best Current Account.
