Glasgow based agency ID has added three new members to its senior management team, following a period of growth for the company.

The creative digital agency has hired Crawford Jolly as Head of Design, Jen Bannerman as Head of Client Services, and Jamie Cook as Head of Digital Marketing, with plans for further expansion still on the cards.

Lianne Dewar, joint Managing Director at ID, said: “The last few months have seen great results here at ID we’re delighted to be able to add three talented senior managers to our team. Jen, Crawford and Jamie bring a combined digital experience of over 46 years and are already beginning to put this to good use. We’re expecting 2019 to be a stellar year for ID and these appointments will help to get us there.”

Having previously held senior roles at itison and Glasgow digital agency Equator, Crawford Jolly will use his experience in UX design for a host of ID clients. His appointment comes shortly after ID announced a change in its business model, including the introduction of three key pillars: ideas, identity and digital.

Jen Bannerman joins with over 20 years’ experience in account management and has already begun to work with clients such as Highland and Island Enterprise (HIE) and Go Ape to help provide a seamless end-to-end experience.

Meanwhile, Jamie Cook has been appointed to the role of Head of Digital Marketing as part of the agency’s new business model. Joining from integrated agency Frame, Jamie’s role will see him execute digital marketing campaigns for clients, including PPC, SEO and social media.

Recently, ID reported a 50% increase in revenue following changes to its business model.
