Graham + Sibbald strengthens West of Scotland residential team

Graham + Sibbald, the chartered surveyor and property specialist, has strengthened its Residential team in the West of Scotland with a recently appointed Director of West Residential position and a number of new recruits.

Dominic McCormick, Director of West Residential and his existing team are being joined this month by John Reid, a well regarded residential chartered surveyor in the west, with the promise of further lateral hires to come.  Also in the West of Scotland, Martin Douglas replaces retiring Peter McEachran as head of the Paisley office.

Calum Campbell, Managing Partner, Graham + Sibbald said: “To match our continuing growth across Scotland, we have been adding strategic hires and promotions to reflect this increase in client activity.  It’s great to have Dominic and Martin in place and to have stepped up our overall West of Scotland offering from our Glasgow, Paisley and Hamilton offices.”

Graham + Sibbald is on track for a record year in 2018.  The firm has made a number of senior lateral hires in the first half of 2018 and recently relocated its Edinburgh office to 40 Torphichen Street, one of the city’s modern office developments in the regenerated Haymarket area of the capital.  In 2017, the firm made similar move into a new city centre premises in Glasgow.

Overall, Graham + Sibbald now has over 200 employees and 20 partners working across its 15 UK offices which are largely based in Scotland supported by a base in London.
