An Edinburgh firm, which provides coaching services and training to individuals and businesses across a number of sectors, has announced its first overseas expansion.
Full Circle Global has appointed staff and opened new offices in Germany and United Arab Emirates to serve its rapidly growing customer base across Europe.
Two newly-appointed senior business development officers have been appointed to open and lead offices in Frankfurt and Dubai.
Managing Director of Full Circle Global, Gillian McMichael, said: “This is a very exciting development for us as we continue to grow the business through our network of coaching experts. The two associates who will lead our Frankfurt and Dubai offering understand their local markets and are well placed to help us establish a solid customer base in those countries.

We’re seeing the decline of the traditional 9-5 job, concerns about the role of automation and more interest in portfolio careers. Our clients see coaching as an essential tool in successfully creating a new future for themselves in these uncertain times.”
Sanja Stevic, Senior Coach & Trainer, will be based in Frankfurt. She has over 16 years of international experience, working with a wide range of corporate and individual clients. Sanja is a fully accredited ICF Coach and a member of the British Psychological Society. She holds a Masters in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc (Distinction) in Psychology from Kingston University (UK).
Kate Galloway, Senior Coach & Trainer, will be based in Dubai. She was previously an HR professional working in the public sector, then in the energy industry for one of the world’s leading energy companies, Kate is a member of, and an Accredited Coach with, the International Coach Federation. She has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Kate also completed her SHRM Senior Certified Professional whilst living and working in the US.
